The Baseball NL Apprenticeship Coach Program is designed to introduce young and emerging coaches to the game through structured mentorship and meaningful leadership opportunities. Open to individuals ages 15-23 (with flexibility for Newcomers to Canada), the program helps participants build confidence and gain practical coaching experience for future involvement in baseball.
Through mentorship from experienced coaches, apprentices will support practices, assist with skill development and gradually grow into leadership roles within their local associations. The program also focuses on creating inclusive and accessible entry points into coaching for individuals from underrepresented groups across the province.
